Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing exceptional medical procedures and services to our patients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy outlined below:

General Refund Policy:

We understand that booking a medical procedure can be a significant decision, and buyer's remorse can occur. However, due to the nature of our services and the preparations involved, we cannot entertain refund requests for completed, canceled or reschedule medical procedures.

Patient Responsibility and Acknowledgment of Risks:

Patients are vital partners in their healthcare journey. It is crucial for patients to fully comprehend and adhere to all pre- and post-procedure instructions provided by our medical team. These instructions are designed to optimize the outcome of the procedure and minimize risks.

Patients should be aware that all medical procedures carry inherent risks, including contraindications and potential side effects. By undergoing a procedure, patients acknowledge and accept these risks. Failure to adhere to the provided instructions or unrealistic expectations regarding outcomes will not be considered grounds for a refund.

Our medical team is committed to providing comprehensive care and guidance throughout the process. We encourage open communication and collaboration to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Non-Guarantee of Results:

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, individual responses to treatments can vary. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results, and refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of results.

Credit Transfer and Future Use:

In cases where patients are unable to proceed with a scheduled procedure, we offer two alternatives:

a. Credit Transfer to Family or Friends:

Patients can transfer the credit for the procedure to a friend or family member who could benefit from our services.

b.Future Procedure Credit:

Patients can retain the credit for a future date when they are ready to continue their healthcare journey with us.

Exceptions for Refunds:

Our refund policy is designed to address exceptional circumstances where patients may be unable to proceed with a booked procedure due to previous medical contraindications that do not comply with the qualifying criteria or medical emergencies. In such cases, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, patients must submit a written request accompanied by relevant medical documentation. This documentation will be reviewed by our medical team, and approval is not guaranteed.

Our refund policy also clarifies that if patients develop an intolerance or experience any adverse events after the medical procedure, this does not qualify for a refund. Such occurrences are considered inherent risks and potential contraindications associated with the medical procedure.

It is important to note that all products used for the medical procedure are covered under manufacturer warranty. Patients are provided with a copy of this warranty, and any claims related to product issues must be processed directly through the manufacturer. This ensures that patients receive the appropriate support and resolution for any product-related concerns.

Refunds will be assessed based on the specific circumstances of the case, and any decision made by our medical team will be final.

It is important to note that our refund policy is intended for exceptional circumstances only. Patients are encouraged to carefully review all eligibility criteria and medical requirements before booking a procedure to avoid potential refund issues.

In the event that you are qualified and approved for a refund, please be advised that there will be administrative fees deducted from your balance. These fees are necessary to cover various costs incurred by Rapid Access Medical Tourism (R.A.M.T) in processing your refund request.

Some of the fees that may be deducted include but are not limited to:

Restocking fee: This fee covers the cost of returning unused or unopened medical supplies or equipment to the manufacturer.

Clinical staff cancellation fee: This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated for your procedure by our clinical staff.

Consultation fee: This fee covers the cost of any consultations or assessments conducted by our medical team in relation to your procedure.

Shipping cost: This fee covers the cost of shipping any medical supplies or equipment to you.

Transaction processing fees: This fee covers the cost of processing your refund transaction.

Please note that the specific fees deducted from your refund balance may vary depending on the circumstances of your refund request. We strive to be transparent in our fee structure and will provide you with a detailed breakdown of any fees deducted from your refund balance.

Initiating a Refund Request:

Patients can initiate a refund request by contacting our customer support team. Comprehensive details and relevant medical documentation must be provided to help us better understand the situation.

Review and Consultation:

Upon receipt of a refund request, our team will conduct a thorough assessment. If the request pertains to contraindications or medical situations, it will be escalated to our medical team for further review.

Final Decision Authority:

The final determination on refunds resides with our team. We retain the right to assess whether a refund is appropriate based on the specifics of each case.

Indemnity:

Patients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold our medical practice harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands resulting from their violation of these terms.

Communication and Updates:

We value transparency. Throughout the refund request process, patients can expect regular updates on the status and outcome of their request.

This policy aims to provide clarity and fairness to all parties involved. Thank you for choosing our medical practice for your healthcare needs.

Indemnity and Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of patients to familiarize themselves with our refund policy, which is accessible on our website, to understand their entitlements and obligations regarding refunds. By using our services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapid Access Medical Tourism, its officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any claims, actions, demands, injuries (physical or psychological), liabilities, and settlements, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms of Use.
